Something for everyone in Harefield
THERE'S something for everyone in Harefield, particularly if you are a toddler who enjoys musical fun, an adult who likes coach trips to the sea,or a nifty mover who fancies a twirl around the dance floor.
You don't not have to be a second Fred Astaire or Ginger Rogers to enjoy dancing so why not join fellow hoofers on Saturday (July 26) at the community centre in Priory Avenue for their end of the month get-together. The dancing club is also held on Wednesdays, and lessons are given during these sessions.

There are still a few places left for the coach trip to Brighton with CAMEO members on August 3. It is a sociable group, as you can tell from its name, which stands for Come and Meet Each Other,so you can join in the communal fun,or make your way round Brighton alone or with your own group, if you prefer.
The Royal Pavilion, Marina and Sea Life Centre can all be enjoyed as well as shopping in the Lanes, and of course ... the delights of the sea!

Summer fun with monkey music is promised at Harefield Children's Centre on Mondays from this week (July 21)until September 8 from 1-3pm at Harefield Library in Park Lane. Under five-year-olds, who can enjoy dance, singing and playing instruments, must be accompanied by an adult carer.

Hello
We regularly pass the community centre in Harefield when taking our dog for a walk in the evenings and cannot help noticing the tennis courts there which seem somewhat abandoned?
We are very keen to play social tennis locally and wondered if this tennis court is a) ever available for hire and b) if it is if there is a net etc., in the community centre somewhere?
I am sure many people in the commmunity would take advantage of using the courts if they were available for a nominal fee - my family for one would be only too happy to be able to play locally.
I would appreciate your comments on this matter.
